Board of Trustees

The Saint James Board of Trustees is the School's primary governing body. The Board meets three times per year. Members include alumni, parents of alumni, donors, and other friends of Saint James School. Administration of the School is delegated to the Headmaster, subject to the Board's review.

The Board formulates policy and assesses the performance of the School. Trustees work to ensure that Saint James has sufficient financial and physical resources to carry out its mission.

The Saint James Board of Trustees holds in trust the School’s present as well as its future.
