Parents' Association

The Saint James School Parents’ Association serves as a vehicle for communication and cooperation among the parents, administrators, and faculty of Saint James School. The Parents' Association works to build and foster a spirit of community.

All current parents are members of the Parents’ Association and are invited to participate in the organization's meetings and activities. Parents’ Association meetings are held several times during the year at the School.

The Parents’ Association is an independent charitable organization and is not funded by Saint James School.

The Parents’ Association supports the School by assisting with the Annual Fund, hosting an annual fundraising event for the School, helping to recruit new students, providing financial support for special campus projects, and through the activities of the committees, below.

Faculty and Staff Appreciation

The Parents' Association has a long-standing tradition of supporting the faculty and staff of Saint James throughout the year. Parents recognize faculty members for birthdays and milestone years of service.

Campus Decorations Committee

Several times throughout the year, a group of parents meet to decorate the campus with festive decorations. These decorations are a marker of the season changes and a small reminder to the community to enjoy the season we are in.

Cookie Committee

This committee facilitates Saint James' most popular student and faculty event: Cookie Day. Held during Exam Week, participating parents arrange for cookies to be brought to campus on the Thursday of Exam Week.

Concession Committee

At various home athletic events, Parents' Association volunteers provide staffing for the concession stand. This is a great opportunity to meet other parents, faculty, students, and to watch the sporting events. If you like sporting events, this is the perfect way to get involved.
