SJS Chapel Choir Sings "We Are Not Alone"
The Saint James School Chapel Choir came together remotely for a brilliant performance of "We Are Not Alone" by Pepper Choplin, with a solo by Jimmy James '21. The video was shared as part of our virtual contemplative chapel on Friday, May 8. The end result was beautiful but more difficult to pull off than you might think. Each student had to record individually and then each audio track had to be synched up. Thank you to audio engineer Will Stowe for making that happen!
The YouTube video of the choir was shared by many, including by the National Association of Episcopal Schools and by John H. Taylor, the Bishop of Los Angeles. Great job to our choristers!
