Model UN Conference

Three delegates from the SJS Model UN Club spent their winter long weekend at AmeriMUNC VI, a three-day high school Model United Nations conference hosted by American University in Washington, DC. Michele Yeung '19, Emily Zhu '21, and Chaltu Watkins '22 were accompanied to the conference by club advisor, Mrs. Molly Lachut. They had a great time learning about diplomacy and international relations with students from around the country.

Saints on Broadway

Catherine Charlton '22, Alli Jacobson '21, Rodrigo Tejado '22, Audrey Johnson '22, Caroline Bowers '21, Venus Anani '21, and Lidwina Eyombo-Bella '21 took the train for a quick trip to NYC with Mr. Batson. They split up and took in a few shows on Broadway, including The Prom, Mean Girls, and Phantom of the Opera.

Mrs. Stewart took sixth formers Steven Schwartz, Carter Bowers, Gracie Bowers, and Jordan Walendom to Washington, DC to watch the Capitals take on the Ottawa Senators.

Hitting the Slopes

Mr. and Mrs. Pillow led a two-day ski trip with eight students to Jack Frost and Big Boulder Ski Resort. Student Activities Club members Maddie Sappenfield '19 and Gracie Bowers '19 planned the trip.
