Annual Fund
Every year, parents, grandparents, alumni, faculty, and friends donate more than $1.3 million to the Annual Fund, covering approximately 10 percent of the School’s operating budget.
Make A Difference Campaign
We have raised more than $50 million during this transformative campaign, which included the construction of the Pohanka Fine Arts Center and Turner Athletic Center.
Endowment
Like many private schools and colleges, Saint James relies on the steady income from its endowment funds to provide long-term secure funding for its most important needs.

Why Your Gift Matters
Saint James School is a non-profit independent school and does not receive federal or state funding for its programs. Tuition covers approximately 80% of what a Saint James education costs. Like all independent schools, Saint James relies upon generous contributions to the Annual Fund and endowment to maintain its health and continued growth. That's why we ask every member of the SJS community to participate in giving.
